What is Lumhaa?

How do I create a jar?
Open the app, tap the + button, name your jar, send the invite link
Is Lumhaa free?
Yes — every jar is free by default; a Plain Jar holds up to 20 memories, and you can make as many jars as you like; if a jar fills up and you want it to keep going, you can enshrine it as a Museum Jar for $19.99, one time, no subscription

Can everyone see what was posted?
That is up to you — you have a setting in your admin panel that controls whether contributors can see each other's wishes while the collection is open
Can I ask people to answer different questions?
Yes — you can set your own custom questions from the dashboard; contributors will see your questions and answer them alongside their wish

What is a Living Photo?
A 1.5-second looping video captured with a single tap — slightly slowed, slightly warm, a moment that breathes
How do I capture a Living Photo?
Tap the Living Photo mode in the capture screen, then tap the gold capture button

What is a sealed memory?
A memory that requires an action to open — smile to open, or wait until a specific date
Can I seal a memory for myself?
Yes — sealed memories stay sealed until you open them; once opened, they stay open

Can I print my memories?
Yes — Stack is a set of polaroid cards (from ₹200 / $5), Album is a linen-bound book (from ₹3,000 / $40), and the Atelier composes custom books by hand for a deeper kind of keepsake
How does the Monthly subscription work?
Each month we curate the most active jar, print the Stack, and mail it — twelve dispatches over a year, ₹1,500 / $30; pause or cancel any time
How does the Annual Album work?
At year end we choose the memories worth keeping across your jars, compose a linen-bound volume, and ship it — ₹5,000 / $99 a year, full PDF proof before print
What is the Atelier?
Custom books composed by hand — wedding albums, journey books, memory-jar volumes, memorials; each is scoped in conversation rather than from a template

Where are my memories stored?
On Lumhaa's cloud (Cloudflare R2); you can also connect Google Drive for unlimited free storage
What happens when a jar fills up?
Plain Jars hold 20 memories; when a jar is nearly full, the app quietly suggests enshrining it as a Museum Jar ($19.99, one time) — unlimited memories, forever; every other jar stays free

How do I delete my account?
Go to the Me tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete my account" — your identity will be removed and your data anonymised
Can I export my data?
Not yet — this feature is coming soon
